About
An independent travel agency and travel-assistance service.
Clear Flight Policy is an independent travel agency and travel-assistance service, operated by BB1 Traveltech. We answer practical travel questions and help travellers understand the options on an existing booking.
What we cover
Airlines and their baggage, check-in, change, cancellation and refund policies; airports and their terminals, transport and parking; hotels and their stay policies; and destination information worth knowing before you land.
How we work
Every guide starts from a real traveller question. We describe what the published policies actually say, note where rules differ by fare, route or region, and link to the operator's own page so you can verify anything that matters.
Who we are, and what we are not
We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as the official customer-service department of any airline, airport, hotel or travel company mentioned on this website. Airline policies, eligibility requirements, fees, fare differences and final decisions remain subject to the applicable airline.
